Thanks to the booming tech scene, the city is growing fast, and you can feel the buzz everywhere. But what I love most? The food. Great spot that has healthy fresh food with locally made products. It’s got great cheese, roast chicken cups, sandwiches, salads or soups. 

Beecher’s is an artisanal cheese company known for its high-quality, handcrafted cheeses, with locations in Seattle’s Pike Place Market and Bellevue Square. They use high-quality ingredients no artificial preservatives and their cheese is made locally. They offer delicious Mac and Cheese and yummy grilled cheese sandwiches. 

Shake Shack

Great spot if you are looking for a quick grab-and-go lunch. It’s more than just a burger joint, it pairs high-quality ingredients with a modern twist to the fast-food burger. 

If you’re going to have a burger this would be the place to have it. It’s got 100% quality Angus beef and yummy famous crinkle-cut fries along with handmade shakes. While it is fast food it’s the type of food I would want to eat.

They are committed to sustainability and hormone-free meats with the delivery of quality ingredients. Going to Shake Shack is an experience and worth trying out for a quick lunch. This place is worth the hype!

Din Tai Fung:

This is a hot spot, that often has long lineups! They are famous for their soup dumplings (xiao long bao). They are handcrafted and curated with care every day. It’s an open kitchen, which enhances the experience we can watch the chefs at work who are masterful in making noodles and dumplings. A spot worth a visit. 

Wild Ginger:

I love this spot; it’s got great Asian flavours and a trendy dinner spot that is great for sharing and enjoying good cocktails. The food originates from the regions eastern Pacific Rim from China to Indonesia and Malaysia to Vietnam. They have traditional dishes with fresh and delicious ingredients. They make fresh chilli sambal sauce, fresh coconut milk, fresh egg noodles, and creative cocktails. 

It has family-style service offering dishes such as fragrant duck served with soft bao buns, seven-flavour beef with aromatic spices, Mongolian noodles, Nams lamb chops and papaya salad. They also have great cocktails that are delicious and worth trying.

Fogo de Chao:

If you are looking for a lot of meat and any amount, then this is the place to go. This is an all-you-can-eat Brazilian steakhouse. They do tableside meat service, which is fun, and you can ask any questions about the meat they are providing. They have everything from picanha (prime sirloin) to bacon-wrapped filet mignon, which is cooked perfectly and carved right onto your plate. They also have a market table salad bar that is just as impressive, with a huge selection of fresh, flavorful sides. If you come hungry, you’ll leave happy—and maybe in need of a nap!

This is a great and affordable spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Cactus Bellevue Square is a vibrant restaurant offering a fusion of Mexican, Southwestern, and Spanish cuisine. Located on the second floor of Bellevue Square, it provides a modern and spacious dining environment. 

The bar at Cactus is a tequila and mezcal lover’s dream, offering handcrafted house margaritas, smoky mezcal cocktails, and seasonal drinks.

Their weekend brunch offers unique dishes like huevos rancheros, breakfast tacos, and chorizo scrambles, plus brunch cocktails that make for a perfect start to the day.

Baron’s Sino Kitchen & Bar: Upscale Spot

This is a great dining spot for elevated Chinese cuisine. This restaurant has a nice ambiance and serves refined, upscale traditional Chinese dishes. It has a beautiful elegant décor in a modern space. 

They are known for their Peking Duck, which is crispy, golden skin and tender meat, accompanied with soft pancakes. The black truffle fried rice is another must-try, it’s delicious and packed with umami. They have a very impressive dim sum selection. 

Cielo Cocina Mexicana

This is a great family-owned Mexican spot which brings traditional Mexican cuisine to Bellevue. It emphasizes fresh ingredients and delicious recipes inspired by the flavours of Jalisco, Mexico. It serves staples like tacos, asada, carne and fajitas. They have a great cocktail list and delicious handcrafted margaritas and cocktails with great tequila and mezcal. It’s got a great patio with lots of seating. This restaurant has authentic food, generous portions and delicious food. This is cost effective and great portions.

Duke’s Seafood

This is a great spot. They have delicious clam chowder, which is rich, creamy and fresh clams and wild Alaskan salmon. The seafood is good quality and includes 100% sustainable, antibiotic-free, wild-caught salmon, Halibut, Fish and Chips and of course, our famous Duke’s Chowder, as well as grass-fed burgers, sandwiches, and delicious salads.

Cantina Monarca: Upscale Mexican

If you’re looking for a modern Mexican spot in Bellevue that feels both trendy and inviting, you need to check out Cantina Monarca. From the moment you step inside, you’re transported to what feels like a boutique getaway in Tulum; it has lush greenery, warm wood tones, and soft, glowing lights setting the mood. Dote Coffee Bar

Love this coffee bar! It’s situated across from Nordstrom.  They offered expertly brewed espresso drinks paired with house-made confections. They roast their beans in small batches, they take a lot of care in producing coffee lovers’ experience. 

They have great house-made chocolate creations that pair well with coffee. Dote was created by longtime coffee veteran Sarah Doud and internationally renowned pastry chef and master chocolatier Ewald Notter. This mix of expert coffee and chocolate brings together this unique experience of high-quality coffee supported by delicious goods.

 Dote is all about great quality coffee and pastries. They have a range of delicious croissants, delicate macarons, chocolate treats, cookies and short bread to name a few. 

LADY M:

Lady M is now at Bellevue. It is a luxury brand of French and Japanese confectionery. They are best known for their signature Mille Crêpes cake, which features 20 alternating layers of soft cream and lacy French crêpes. Their cakes are amazing, but their matcha cake is the best. It is buttery, light, airy and melts in your mouth. The crepes are thin layered with a delicious light cream. You need to stop by here for a slice of these heavenly cakes!
