This recipe was inspired by a last-minute dinner using what I had on hand—leftover linguine, a handful of shrimp, and canned calamari. What started as a quick “throw it together” meal turned into something unexpectedly delicious.
As everything cooked, the calamari released a rich, briny flavor that blended perfectly with the garlic and seafood, creating a light yet silky sauce that coats every strand of pasta. The result is a flavorful seafood pasta that feels elevated without requiring extra effort.
