Phyllo cups topped with buttery Salmon
This is a delish appetizer, it’s super easy and will impress your guest. These Delicate, golden phyllo cups are filled with creamy Boursin cheese and topped with silky smoked salmon. Finished with a sprinkle of fresh dill and a hint of lemon zest, these bite-sized beauties are effortlessly fancy and perfect for entertaining.

Ingrediants:
- phyllo cups
- packet of smoked salmon
- boursion spreadable cheese
- fresh chives ( can substitute with dill)
Method:
- Phyllo cups are prebought all you need to do is cook them in the oven at 350 F for 5-7 mins and heat them up.
- Once the cups are heated through place them on a serving platter. Let them cool down a little and spoon in some boursion cheese into each cup.
- Take the smoked salmon, be careful to not break it up. Cut smaller pieces enough to fill the Phllyo cup. You can fold the salmon if too big and place it on top of the cheese. Take some chives cut them into small pieces and place a chive on each tart.





This is a great appetizer and versatile.
Phyllo Pastry: While this recipe uses premade phyllo cups, you can make your own. With a mini muffin tin, please individual phyllo sheets in each section. Rub it with metled butter and cook it at 350 F doe 10 mins.
Boursion: You can substitute with whipped Cheese, goat cheese or whipped feta. You can add some herbs to the cheese for additional flavour.
