Why is everyone obsessed with this Berry Cake!!!

When I first tried this cake I was blown away. While it looks simple, it is just a delicious cake that is perfectly balanced. Thsi si worth the hype and is just really great cake.

So what makes this cake so special? It’s all about the layers. The vanilla sponge cake is light yet rich, soaked in just enough almond syrup to make it perfectly moist without being heavy. Then there’s the frosting—a whipped mascarpone and cream mixture that’s more Chantilly cream than traditional icing. It’s creamy and smooth but not overly sweet, which makes each bite feel light and balanced, even with the decadence of the cake.

We have to talk about the berries. Fresh strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries are layered generously throughout and piled high on top. They add the perfect sweetness and a little tartness, giving every forkful a bright, fresh flavor.

If you are hosting a party or a brunch this cake will be a showstopper.

The Spicy Vodka pasta is delicious and their best pasta. The pasta shape is called lumachino which looks like a little snail shell. It great for holding sauces. It is a perfect balance of heat and flavour. It starts with perfectly cooked pasta, coated in a rich and tangy tomato sauce that’s infused with calabrian chilli just the right amount of heat. It s topped of with some pecorino cheese which adds to the creaminess. They dish looks deceptively simple and it has not meant, but the sauce is so delish you cant stop eating it.

This lemon loaf took me by surprise. It was well executed and perfect balance of lemom and crunchy texture. The secret behind this treat is the texture which is the small yellow “crunch balls” (millet!) dispersed throughout the crumb. They use rich, flavourful coconut milk to form a dense, luscious batter. Then they soak the finished loaf with a serious amount of lemon juice—resulting in a treat that manages to be creamy and tangy at the same time.
